Once a business is established and has a trading presence, it can apply for a sponsorship licence to enable it to sponsor non-UK citizens to come and work for the business in a skilled role
Innovator Founder visa
For entrepreneurs, the UK has introduced the Innovator Founder visa. This route is designed to attract talented and creative individuals with an innovative business idea to the UK. Your business idea will need to be innovative, viable and scalable as well as be endorsed by an approved third party.
High Potential Individual visa
For high achieving students who have recently graduated from a top 50 global university, the High Potential Individual visa will let you relocate to the UK to live and work. You will need to have graduated from a qualifying university within the last 5 years.
