Everyone at Knights is encouraged to use four working hours a month to support amazing causes in their local community.  

We think it’s so important that our colleagues give back - and we love seeing the inspiring things they do in their communities.

That’s why Knights encourages everyone to use four working hours a month to support a cause that’s important to them.

Whether it’s volunteering, fundraising or mentoring, we know how rewarding it is for colleagues – and, most importantly, how beneficial it is for the communities we’re part of.

So many brilliant charities, organisations and community projects are supported by 4 Our Community.

In the last year, Knights' colleagues have delivered 1,220 hours of support to more than 150 causes across the UK.

 

Four consecutive hours, or an hour a week. No matter how colleagues choose to use them, they're encouraged to use four dedicated 4OC hours each month. Using a simple online booking system, colleagues take time from the working month to support a cause that is important to them.

From a weekly soup kitchen for the homeless, to renovating a hospice outbuilding, community projects up and down the country need support. With rising inequality and the cost of living crisis, now - more than ever - is the time to commit to our communities and help make a difference.

Every single colleague at Knights is eligible to be part of 4OC. Making a difference is an important part of our culture and we value the impact it has amongst our colleagues.
